This place is an area gem, for sure. It's especially good for young student athletes as the owner really takes time to help them with training and recovery.
They have several services for people to choose from. Cryo, IR, massage, etc.
The owner and his son are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
They have monthly plans but take single appointments, as well. Give them a try.
