IThis place is an area gem, for sure. It's especially good for young student athletes as the owner really takes time to help them with training and recovery.
They have several services for people to choose from. Cryo, IR, massage, etc.
The owner and his son are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
They have monthly plans but take single appointments, as well. Give them a try.

This was my first time ever using cryotherapy and it was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend anyone who is considering it to definitely book an appointment and try for themselves. Kevin is a great guy and very knowledgeable and explaining the process and helping you understand the benefits that come with using this type of therapy for muscle recovery and other things like anxiety and brain fog.
