One session. Four ways it hits you.
Inflammation Crash
Extreme cold constricts blood vessels and flushes inflammatory markers fast — joints and swelling calm down within minutes.
Endorphin Surge
Cold shock triggers a real endorphin and norepinephrine spike — most walk out sharper, lighter, and in a noticeably better mood.
Muscle Recovery
Less soreness, less stiffness — train again the next day instead of hobbling through a rest week.
Deeper Sleep
The post-cold drop in core temperature signals your body to wind down — clients report falling asleep faster the same night.
Soreness is optional. Downtime is a choice.
"I train 6 days a week now. Cryo Tempe is the only reason my knees let me."— Marcus D., CrossFit competitor, Chandler
No cold-plunge mystery. Straight answers.
Is cryotherapy safe?
Yes — 3 minutes max, always supervised, and no wet ice contact. It's dry nitrogen-cooled air, so your skin never freezes. We monitor every session start to finish.
What do I wear?
Dry underwear — we provide the rest, including protective slippers, gloves and a robe. Keeping extremities covered is the only rule.
Does it hurt?
Cold, not painful. Three minutes goes fast, and most people describe an energy rush and a lighter body for hours afterward — not misery.
How often should I come?
2–3x per week if you're training hard, more for chronic pain management. Consistency is what turns recovery into a genuine performance edge.
Can beginners do it?
Absolutely — the $25 first session is built for first-timers. We walk you through every step and adjust to your comfort. No experience required.
Start Recovering for $25.
No membership required to start. One session, twenty-five dollars, zero pressure.
